How to Mix Peptides: A Step-by-Step Guide

Confused about how much bacteriostatic water to add to your vial? You aren't alone. "Peptide Maths" is the #1 reason researchers make mistakes. Using our reconstitution calculator above ensures you get the exact measurement every time.

1. Gather Your Supplies

You will need your peptide vial (e.g., BPC-157 5mg), a vial of Bacteriostatic Water, and an insulin syringe.

  • Equalize Pressure: Before drawing water, push a little air into the bacteriostatic water vial. This makes drawing the liquid easier.
  • Draw the Water: For most standard vials (2mg, 5mg, 10mg), we recommend adding 2ml of water. This makes the maths easy and protects the peptide.
  • Inject Slowly: Aim for the liquid to flow down the side of the glass, not directly onto the powder. Peptides are fragile. Swirl gently, do not shake.
